Frequent Questions

1. How I place a booking?

First, build your quote list of desired rentals, submit them along with the form with all the required information. After submission, we will confirm availability and then send a quote for your review and approval.

Alternatively, you can Whatsapp at 234-8230 then add your desired rentals to the cart along with the requested information.

2. When is payment due for my order?

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold all items and this is due once the quote has been approved. Final payment of the order will be due five (5) days prior to the event date.

3. How long will I have access to the items I rent?

All rental rates are for up to 24 hours, from delivery to pick up. Need the item longer? We are happy to work with you to see if we can make the appropriate accommodations.

4. Do you deliver?

Yes, we do not allow pickup of any of our inventory at this time. Please note there is a fee and it will be added to your quote.

5. What if my event is canceled or rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances?

We will certainly work with you in the event of unforeseen cancellations or harsh weather conditions. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

6. How far in advance do you recommend that I reserve my items?

You should submit your request as soon as you have your event details so we can check the inventory to make ensure availability.
